On Saturday, December 14th, nearly 100 talented participants took to the stage at Gleniffer High School for a magical end of term concert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The concert featured performances from all our instrumental learners who attend our weekly sessions for accordion, fiddle, and guitar. We also had our youngest learners from F\u00e8is Bheag (Wee F\u00e8is) spread the festive cheer and showcase their impressive Gaelic skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day began with morning rehearsals, games, and opportunities to connect as part of our vibrant F\u00e8is community, with musicians of all levels working together. Around 200 friends and family members joined us in the afternoon for a spectacular concert, giving our participants such a warm and enthusiastic reception. The event concluded with a grand finale featuring all participants performing together, showcasing their talent and hard work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A huge thanks to everyone who made the event a success: the supportive audience, our dedicated F\u00e8is volunteers and board members, and our exceptional tutors and staff who have guided the musicians throughout the term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special thanks goes to our funders, F\u00e8isean nan G\u00e0idheal and Renfrewshire Council, for their ongoing support of the project. Their contributions are vital in making these opportunities possible for our young musicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you once again to everyone who made the Christmas Concert such a memorable and successful event. We look forward to seeing you all again in the new year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
