Catch Fèis Phàislig at Cycle Arts Festival Renfrewshire
We are delighted that our 2025 Ceilidh Trail and Fèis Week fiddle tutor Hayley Keenan will be performing at the upcoming Cycle Arts Festival.
Running 12–14 September 2025, the festival offers free, engaging activities for all ages while celebrating the stretch of National Cycle Route 7 from Paisley to Lochwinnoch. With community hubs, music, performances, and public art, it’s a vibrant weekend that shines a spotlight on cycling, nature, wellness, and sustainability.
Saturday 13th September – Hayley will be performing 12-2pm at the Cycle Parade with Community Hub Pitstops, where cyclists will experience the full length of Cycle Route 7, starting in Paisley and traveling to the finish line in Lochwinnoch at Castle Semple Grounds for a colourful carnival of activities and performances. Community hubs along the way in Elderslie, Johnstone + Linwood, and Kilbarchan will feature localized walking tours, workshops, and musicians whilst cheering on passing cycle teams.
Sunday 14th September – Our Ceilidh Trail will be performing at Castle Semple from 12-2pm. Visitors can enjoy live music and poetry while exploring scenic viewpoints, historic building sites and public artwork. Additionally, there will be small group activities such as mountain biking, nature photography and foraging walks.
We’re thrilled to be part of this vibrant festival, and our musicians can’t wait to perform. Come along, join the fun, and discover all that the Cycle Arts Festival has to offer!
