Fèis Week 2026 – Filmmaking & Music Production Showcase
We’re thrilled to share the projects created during Fèis Week 2026 by our filmmaking and music production participants! A huge thank you to tutors Parker and Mark for sharing their expertise throughout the week, and to all of the participants for their creativity and enthusiasm which is clear to see through these projects!
Music Production
Our Music Production participants spent the week getting creative with tutor Mark Neal, recording sounds from around Fèis Week before editing and mixing them into original pieces of music. This year’s first-choice group created Aliens Discover Music, which also features a film made by the participants. You can watch Aliens Discover Music on YouTube, while the second and third-choice tracks are available to listen to on SoundCloud.
Filmmaking
Throughout the week participants worked with filmmaking tutor Parker Dawes to create short film, Keep it Rolling. Each participant was in charge of creating, directing and filming their own shot which was then edited into one film. The finished result is fantastic, and we’re incredibly proud of everything the participants achieved. You can watch Keep It Rolling now on YouTube.
