Weekly Lesson & Fèis Bheag Registration Open

We’re delighted to announce that registration is now open for our Weekly Instrumental Lessons and Fèis Bheag sessions!

Weekly Lessons

Our Saturday classes are the perfect chance to discover something new, meet friends, and grow in confidence through traditional music. Each week, participants recieve up to one hour of group tuition in one of our core instruments – accordion, fiddle, or guitar – led by experienced tutors.

Throughout the year, we host special Showcase events, where families can celebrate the amazing progress of our young musicians.

No instrument? No problem! We have a selection available for hire.

Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so apply now to secure your spot.

Fèis Bheag

Our weekly Fèis Bheag sessions give young people aged 5-7 an introduction to the Fèis and traditional music. Participants will experience different elements of our main Fèis classes, giving them a fun and engaging taste of traditional music, song dance and art. They will also have the opportunity to be part of our showcase concerts, learning a Fèis song and / or preparing a short performance.

As with our weekly lessons, spaces are limited, so we recommend applying early to avoid disappointment.

We’re committed to keeping our classes accessible to all young people. Thanks to public funding, we’re able to subsidise the true cost of our programme, meaning families pay significantly less than the full cost of delivery.

We also offer a limited number of fully funded places for pupils entitled to a clothing grant (confirmation required). To apply for one of these places, simply tick the relevant box on the application form.

If you have any questions or would like to chat about your child taking part, please get in touch at info@feisphaislig.com – we’d be happy to help.
