Sunday Sessions
May Fèis Weekend
Sunday 10th May 2026
Join us for a relaxed afternoon of informal music sessions, open to all. Come along to play, sing or simply listen, with a free tea, coffee or soft drink for those taking part.
Instrumental Session
12:30-2:00pm
Join us for an open, informal instrumental session where players of all abilities are welcome. Whether you’ve been playing for a year or for many years, you’re invited to come along, share tunes, and take part at your own level. The session will be led by two of our professional musicians, who will keep things flowing throughout the afternoon, with a mix of slower and faster sets so everyone can join in. We’ll have some suggested sets available in advance, along with sheet music on the day if you’d like to follow along – but you’re equally welcome to bring your own tunes and enjoy the session in a relaxed, community setting.
Song Session
2:15-3:45pm
Join award-winning singer Josie Duncan for an informal and welcoming song session, open to all. With songs in Gaelic, Scots and English, this is a chance to sing along, listen, or share a song if you’d like. No previous singing experience is required, and lyrics will be available on the day to help you join in. Come along and be part of a relaxed and friendly afternoon of song.
Please use the form below to let us know if you’re planning to come along to our Sunday Sessions. This helps us plan for numbers and make sure everyone has a great experience on the day.
